Three Minnesota friends 11/02/2015

The experience was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the trip!!
All of the accommodations were wonderful! Each unique and equally enjoyable and comfortable.
The trekking guide was well laid out and clear…. No wrong turns taken :)
Reflecting on the trip, I would have loved 2 night stays at Sonoma and Glen Ellen. More time to take in the area and enjoy other aspects of each community.
I could have been happy with 2 winery experiences each day, 3 was not necessary.

Thanks so much taking care of us on this trip. We had a great time and enjoyed the area for sure! We think this is a great concept for a trip and will be looking to send our friends and family your way in the future.

Daniel and I had an amazing adventure on your wine trekking package. It was unlike anything either of us had done before and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
We both enjoyed the first two days of hiking the most. Sausalito to Muir beach was a great transitional hike from quaint yet semi-urban seaside town, down to the beach and rustic Pelican Inn. The second day, the redwoods in Muir Woods forest were astonishing. The duration and intensity of those hikes suited us well.
The [Glen Ellen lodging] was exceptional and our baggage transportation was flawless.
As far as the wineries go; they were all so unique and contrasted each other nicely. The formal tour at one was informative, the tour at another was more laid back and it was endearing that the gentleman that spoke with us was so passionate about the winery and land, the third visit was relaxing, low-key and enjoyable. One didn’t have quite the same touch as the others.
Thank you for everything. We felt very welcome at all stops along the way.

We had a wonderful trip. No problems with any part of it whatsoever. We will definitely book again with you in the future.

It is really hard to pick our favorite part of the trek because it was all so special.
Dropping into the redwood forest felt like home and was great after the sunburn from the previous day (not complaining, weather app told us to expect fog most of the day; it was clear and beautiful). The rain that we received our day in the Jack London State park will be very memorable because it made the fall colors really "pop" and the of the smell of all the eucalyptus trees was heavenly. The cave tasting at the Glen Ellen winery was spectacular and very personal (and enjoyed meeting your Canadian girls that were also trekking that day). We also really enjoyed the sparkling wine at another winery, we are not normally sparkling wine fans. They were most gracious hosts and very generous with the pouring at 10am. :)
Our favorite hotel was definitely in Glen Ellen. The bathtub alone was worth the price of the vacation. We also loved Sausalito. With the rain we learned we had a leaking roof at Mt. Tamalpias. We liked the ambiance in Muir Beach.
Although we hiked 30 miles in 4 days we came home more relaxed from this vacation than any other. We would definitely do this again and recommend it to our friends that would consider this type of vacation. It was very nice meeting Greg and Brigid was a kick and made us feel like family when she hugged us goodbye at the airport.
Thank you so much for the great memories!
