While the devastating fires in October 2017 did greatly affect hundreds of acres throughout Wine Country, most wineries, lodgings, and trails were not affected. We played hooky last week and hiked to the top of Angel Island, in the middle of San Francisco Bay.  We were rewarded with this stunning 360 degree view!  This same hike is part of our San Francisco Bay and Islands Trek.
